You will need to provide a primary form of identification (unexpired), such as your state issued driver’s license, state issued identification, U.S. Passport or birth certificate, and a secondary form of identification, such as your work identification card, social security card, gun permit, voter’s registration card, college/university identification card, insurance card, or military ID.
